Simple Leg Workout
Sometimes you want to work your legs but really who wants to do squats and lunges all the time.
I love this little routine, starts with a sidestep and jump back. I talk you through all the moves during the video. The bigger you make each move the harder the body has to work and the more effective the exercise.
Afterwards, you will feel out of breath, your core will have worked whilst getting you in and out of those moves and the next day you are likely to feel which muscles you used the most.
It’s something you can try with all the family 🙂
Do each level for 30 seconds each and then repeat the whole run twice more
PS, my butt muscles were feeling this the next day!!
