Happily heading for the finish ūüôā London Marathon 2012

Finsbury Park N4, Thursday 10 am

This is a running group for beginners and improvers, so someone who hasn’t run before or are¬†considering running a 5K race such as park run.

We meet on Thursdays in the cafe in Finsbury Park at 10 am, before an hour of running focusing on technique, breathing, increase distance and speed. Then there is the option to stay for the social coffee afterwards and where you can ask me your fitness questions.

When you control your breathing, tweak your technique to ramp up your ability to burn fat then you’re good to go.
